How we handle your data

Browsing this site

No cookies, no analytics and no trackers or pixels. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's network sees connection details such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested.

The email step before checkout

When you click a buy button, we may ask for your work email and, optionally, your company name before you go to Stripe. We store these with the option you chose, whether you ticked the reminder box, the page you came from and any campaign tags in the web address. We keep them for 30 days to match them to your order. If you ticked the box and do not finish checking out, we may email you once to ask if you need help. You can skip this step and go straight to checkout. We rely on our legitimate interest in matching checkout details to orders; the one follow up email is sent only if you ticked the box.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. Stripe collects the details its checkout asks for, such as your email and card details, and we never see your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that page.

Ordering by email

If you order or send your intake checklist by email to hello@gptshopltd.com, we use what you send, including invoices and exports, only to prepare and deliver your plan and answer sheet and to answer your questions. We rely on our contract with you to use this information. We keep your intake data for 12 months after delivery and then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner by emailing hello@gptshopltd.com.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@gptshopltd.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
